Growing Peppers in Containers

Make it stand out

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Three pepper plants in 1 container? Oh yes! Peppers love being planted close together with their friends and really thrive that way!

Here I have 2 Shishito Peppers and 1 Basket of Fire hot pepper all planted in a 15” deep container from Home Depot and our family ate grilled peppers all summer long (and made chili flakes and chili powder too)!

As a general rule, square foot gardening suggests planting 1 pepper seedling per square foot. But if you strategically place your plants in a triangle, you could get away with more.

Hope you give this method a try this year and see the results for yourself.
